2016 Holiday Schedule and Shipping Information
Orders placed after 9:00 am EST on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 will be processed and shipped after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Orders will not be delivered on Thursday, November 24, 2016.
For delivery prior to Christmas Eve Day:
Place your UPS Ground Service order prior to 11:00 am EST on Friday, Dec. 16.
Place your UPS Third Day order prior to 11:00 am EST on Monday, Dec. 19.
Place your UPS Second Day order prior to 11:00 am EST on Tuesday, Dec. 20.
Orders received after 11:00 am EST on Thursday, December 22, 2016 will be shipped after the Christmas holiday.
Expedited shipping to the lower 48 United States is available at higher rates: Third Day service adds $18.00 to Ground charges; Second Day service adds $28.00 to Ground charges. Some products are not eligible for expedited shipping services. You will be notified if a product you ordered can not be shipped Second or Third Day, or if the product is out-of-stock.
Please Note: UPS does not guarantee on-time delivery during parts of the holiday season. We will ship your order as stated but can not be held responsible for any late deliveries; no refunds nor credits will be provided in the event of any shipping delay.
We will gladly ship orders placed after the dates above, but they may not arrive until after December 25. Orders will not ship December 23, 24, 25 or 26, 2016. Orders will not be delivered on December 24 or 25, 2016.
New Year Holiday Shipping
Orders placed after 11:00 am EST on Thursday, December 29, 2016 will be processed and shipped after the New Year holiday.
We ship by ground transportation from our warehouse in Savannah, Georgia. Orders are shipped the first business day after your order is placed unless an item is out-of-stock. Standard shipping and handling costs are based on the total amount of your order, excluding mattresses, box springs and bed frames, according to the following chart.

Shipping is available to Canada, the United Kingdom and other countries at higher rates. Please call our toll free number or email us at customerservice@Omnitoyou.com to place these orders. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes and some foreign countries; nor do we ship C.O.D.
Recipients of orders in countries other than the United States are solely responsible for and are required to pay any and all duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees beyond the shipping charges paid to Omnitoyou.com.

Mattress/box spring sets take up to six weeks to be manufactured and delivered. If you have ordered a mattress and box spring you will be contacted when the order is ready to arrange delivery.
Clean, unused, unwashed, unopened and/or factory-damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Factory-damaged and incorrect orders will be corrected and resent to you at no charge. Items returned for other reasons may be exchanged for other products or will be refunded to your credit card for the amount of the product if returned within 30 days of receipt as described above. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Please note that all mattress, box springs and bed frame sales are final and are not eligible for return.

All orders shipped to addresses within the State of Georgia are charged 7% sales tax.
Omnitoyou.com reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event an order is cancelled and the payment has already been processed, the total amount of the payment will be refunded to the charged credit card.
