2011 Holiday Shipping
For delivery prior to Christmas Eve Day:
Place your FedEx Ground order prior to 2:00 pm EST on Friday, Dec. 16.
Place your FedEx Third Day order prior to 1:00 pm EST on Tuesday, Dec. 20.
Place your FedEx Second Day order prior to 1:00 pm EST on Wednesday, Dec. 21.
Orders received after 2:00 pm EST on Thursday, December 22, 2011 will be shipped after the Christmas weekend holiday.
The FedEx Second Day shipping charge is $18.00 plus the original base price; the Third Day FedEx shipping charge is $12.00 plus the original base price. Free shipping and/or shipping discounts are not available for expedited shipping services.
FedEx also offers delivery on Christmas Eve Day, Saturday, December 24. If you need to place an order for Saturday delivery please call us toll free at 877-485-2968. There will be additional charges for Saturday delivery.
Note: Some products are not eligible for expedited shipping services. You will be notified if a product you ordered can not be shipped Second or Third Day, or if the product is out-of-stock.
Also, FedEx does not guarantee on-time delivery from December 11, 2011 through December 24, 2011, even for expedited shipping services. Omnitoyou.com will ship your order as stated but can not be held responsible for late deliveries by Federal Express; no refunds nor credits will be provided in the event of any Federal Express delay.
We will gladly ship orders placed after the dates above, but they may not arrive until after December 25.
Orders received after 2:00 pm EST on Thursday, December 22, 2011 will be shipped after the Christmas weekend holiday. Orders received after 11:00 am EST on December 29 will be processed and shipped after the New Year holiday weekend.

Limited customer service will be available by email during the Christmas holiday from December 23, 2011 until December 27, 2011, and during the New Year holiday from December 30, 2011 until January 3, 2012.

- Shipping and Handling. We ship by FedEx
ground transportation from our warehouse located in Historic Savannah,
Georgia. Most orders are shipped within one day of receipt. Standard shipping and handling costs are based on the total amount of your order, excluding gift certificates, mattresses, box springs and bed frames, according to the following chart.

Shipping is available to Canada, the United Kingdom and other countries at higher rates. Please call our toll free number or email us at customerservice@Omnitoyou.com to place these orders. We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes and some foreign countries; nor do we ship C.O.D.
Please be aware that recipients of orders in countries other than the United States are solely responsible for and are required to pay any and all duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees beyond the shipping charges paid to Omnitoyou.com.
Expedited shipping to street addresses in the contiguous United States is available at higher rates: Third Day service adds $22.00 to Ground charges; Second Day service adds $26.00 to Ground charges. Expedited shipping services do not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes and some foreign countries; nor do we ship C.O.D.
If you have ordered a mattress and box spring you will be contacted to
arrange for delivery.
- Return Policy. We want you to be satisfied with
your purchases. Clean, unused, unwashed, unopened and/or factory-damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Factory-damaged and incorrect orders will be corrected and resent to you at no charge. Items returned for other reasons may be exchanged for other products or will be refunded to your credit card for the amount of the product if returned within 30 days of receipt as described above; shipping charges are not refunded. Simply email us at customerservice@omnitoyou.com to receive return instructions. Please note that all gift certificate, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, mattress, box springs and bed frame sales are final and are not eligible for return.
Extended holiday season returns: Eligible products purchased between November 23 and December 23, 2011 may be returned by January 31, 2012. Outside of these dates, our standard return policy applies.
- Sales Tax. All orders shipped within the State of
Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax.
- How to Order. Our site uses the convenient 'shopping
cart' method. This is a 4 step process.

(a) Add items to a shopping cart. Just enter
the number of items you wish to purchase and click on 'add to
cart.' You may click on 'continue shopping' or on a category to
view more items.
(b) Check out. When you are finished shopping
and selecting items for purchase please click on 'check out'.
(c) Enter shipping and billing data, including credit
card information.
(d) Confirm and accept the data entered. This
step places the order with us. We will send you a copy of the
order, with all the items you selected for purchase, to the email
address you entered. |
